Today I followed Brian Tracy’s advice and I called my team members. OK, OK, I changed my mind. I make mistakes…I’m human. No one was there so I left messages. I waited at least 6-10 rings in most cases. I left a message when I got an answering machine. There is one person I didn’t casll because we have been in constant communication.
