We Help The Business That is The “Other Brand”
Before I decided on this “hedgehog concept,” I was marketing to the wrong people.
Hedgehog? Where in the World did we come up with that idea?
It came from one of our core commitments that I do first every day.
The key is to plan a set number of tasks to complete daily and do it consistently.
My first one is read a good book, daily, for at least 30 minutes, and if I can, an hour and a half is better. Why? Because, David Wood who built a personal team of over 2200 people in his first three years, does this. Success leaves clues.
So we “hedgehogs” read daily.
Hedgehogs? Hedgehogs again? Where do we come up with this idea? Do you mean like this?

When you choose your “hedgehog concept” it should cover:
1) what do you do better than anyone else in the World?
2) What is the economic denominator you are going to use? Ours is lifetime value/customer.
3) What can you do with this passion?
I read this concept in a book Good To Great by Jim Collins. Jim and his research interns studied the trends of Fortune-level companies to find out what distinguished good companies( the other companies) from great companies( usually #1 and #2 in their category or marketing vertical)

You also need to be yourself. That is what I love the most about Lisa. She is obviously an intelligent lady, but she is a real, authentic lady. There is no pretension when you watch her in the Costa Rica Mastermind Video or when she was interviewed by Helen Lingard She was just a nice person helping thousands of people build their network marketing business, one person at a time.
Lisa does this better than any successful, internationally-acclaimed, network marketer. She is the definition of real wealth financially and as a person. She knows it, and you can see that in her tone and mannerisms. She doesn’t have to boast. She does not beat up her team, demanding they do anything. It is up to them. She leads by example. She produces, produces, produces and they follow suit, for fear of being left behind. Brilliant!
That, to me, is peace of mind. That is growing as a person through personal development to a place of inner peace, and then it does not become about you anymore, but it is all about the people you help around the world. She does this when she gives her talks.

That is what I have always been a business owner for most of my life so it fits my personality and I will feel best about helping other business owners around the World go from good to Great learning from our products and services.

We are just going to share some marketing tactics and strategies so you can get your company in front of more people automatically, after you set up your business to a level that it is big enough that people just show up in your back office and buy, or they just end up on your email list, and you can drip market to them until they get off your list or until they buy from you.

1) Read daily
2) Listen To Audios daily
3) Blog Daily and/or Place Ads daily( place ads only if you are already making $1,000/month in your online business and not until)
4) Help two people buy from you each day at the front end level
5) Get on your team’s or company’s phone call each Week
6) Share your content and ads with as many people as you can each day
7) You buy ALL of the ALL IN Products and use them to grow as a sales and marketing authority online. How can you sell anything unless you use it?
